Project Springboard - Spring Creek Volunteer Guest Speakers:

Youth Advocates & Volunteers,

First let me say "THANK YOU" for all you do!!!  YOU ALL ROCK!!!

Spring and Summer months are now upon us and it is often more

difficult to fill all the volunteer teaching slots each Saturday

morning at Spring Creek in support of Project Springboard because

everyone is trying to get in some much needed vacation time.

Please help our all volunteer effort continue to support Project

Springboard, and other youth programs in our community, on a

consistent basis and/or help recruit others volunteer teachers to do

so, or support our youth in other ways.

If you know of an organization that might be willing to administrate

this program permanently please put them in contact with me.  I have

several video CDs we can share with prospective organizations that

express even the slightest interest in doing so.  We also have some

additional information we can provide about the history and state of

the program now.

If you'd like to get involved with Urban Peak Colorado Springs and/or

Junior Achievement feel free to contact me directly about those

non-profit organizations and related volunteer opportunities too.

If leaders of these and other youth advocate organizations would still

like to meet in an attempt to synergize our youth focused efforts,

please let me know.  The tentative meeting planned for 9 Apr didn't

happen because of schedule conflicts and/or limited responses to my

request for available dates and specific feedback on the collaborative

purpose.

Background information for all of these youth outreach efforts is

provided below for your convenience.

Please feel free to share this with others passionate about supporting

our youth and spring boarding them onto success.

Faithfully,

Kirk
